How do I book the apartment?
Send us an email at hello@charm202.be or use the booking form on the website with your preferred dates. We'll confirm availability and pricing within 24 hours.
How many people can stay in the apartment?
Charm 202 comfortably accommodates up to 4 people: one bedroom with a double bed (160×200), one bedroom with bunk beds (2× 90×200), and a sofa bed in the living room as an extra sleeping option.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. If you need more flexibility, get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
How does arrival work?
Check-in is fully self-managed via a secure key lockbox. You'll receive all the instructions by email before your arrival. No need to arrange a meeting!
Is there parking?
There is no private parking, but a green zone (discounted parking) is just a 2-minute walk away. There are also paid car parks nearby. In practice, once you've parked, everything is within walking distance.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes, bed linen, towels and household linen are all included in the price. There's nothing you need to bring.
Is cleaning included?
Yes, an end-of-stay clean is included and mandatory. It is carried out by a trusted cleaner after your departure.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is included. Great for remote working too!
Are pets allowed?
No, unfortunately pets are not permitted in the apartment.
Can I smoke in the apartment?
No, Charm 202 is a strictly non-smoking property.
Is there a lift?
No, the apartment is on the 2nd floor with no lift. You'll need to climb about 2 flights of stairs.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. After that, the 30% deposit is non-refundable. See the Rates page for full details.
